The Swan

Think of Southport, and you think of a classic seaside town, ideal for a good old British day out. People trade walking down city high streets to attempt strolling down the windy pier; a night at the bookies to an evening of slotting their spare copper change in an amusement arcade; and entertaining the kids with the telly to taking them to the fairground. And when they inevitably start to get hungry, the thing on everybody's mind is "Where can I get some proper fish and chips?" and they flock to the Swan Restaurant.
